There are still multiple lawsuits against Joe Biden’s illegal vaccine mandates for military members that are ongoing. The Biden regime has lost all the cases so far in which a ruling has been handed down, especially since the Department of Defense has not granted a single religious exemption to any soldier, sailor or Marine.

One of those cases is going on in Florida right now; 30 members of the Navy are suing Biden for exemptions to the mandate. In testimony on March 10th, a military doctor actually broke down on the stand. She transformed from being a witness to the case into a full-blown whistleblower about vaccine injuries when the judge started asking her questions.

This Florida case has not been going well for the Department of Defense. Their attorneys haven’t called a single witness to testify or be cross-examined in justifying Biden’s vaccine mandates. Even the judge thinks that’s weird. Judge Steven Merryday says the DoD lawyers are incredibly arrogant in doing this – especially since they have such a “frail case.”

Judge Merryday has even accused the DoD lawyers of thinking they’re above the law. That’s because instead of calling human witnesses, the lawyers are just issuing DoD declarations to try to make their points. The judge is wondering why they don’t have any witnesses who are willing to be cross-examined.

And here’s something new that I just learned this week. The Department of Defense has its own vaccine database, similar to the VAERS system operated by the CDC. (It makes sense that the DoD would have this; I just never thought about it before.) It’s called the Defense Medical Epidemiology Database, or DMED.

The VAERS system is cumbersome and time-consuming, and it’s optional for doctors and nurses to fill out a VAERS report anytime they have a patient injured by a vaccine. That’s why even when you look at the CDC’s catastrophic numbers, they’re incredibly low. Only about 10% of the COVID vaccine injuries that are happening get reported.

The DMED system is the opposite of this. Military doctors are required to fill out DMED reports anytime a servicemember is injured by a vaccine. And boy, have they been busy with that project since Biden’s mandate when into effect!

Dr. Theresa Long is a flight surgeon with a Master’s in Public Health. She reviewed the DMED numbers from 2021 and agreed to testify on behalf of the sailors who are suing the Biden regime. Dr. Long notes that after Biden’s illegal mandates went into effect, there was a huge spike in the number of female servicemembers having miscarriages. A couple of months after the mandate went into effect, there was also a large increase in the number of servicemembers suddenly being diagnosed with cancer – well above the five-year average.

And Dr. Long testified that there has been an astonishing 1,000% increase in the number of military members being diagnosed with neurological disorders.

When the plaintiff’s attorneys asked Dr. Long a more specific question about this shocking DMED data, she replied, “I have been ordered not to answer that question.”

That perked up the judge, who asked, “Ordered by who?”

Dr. Long replied that a superior officer had approached her the night before the hearing and gave her a direct order to not report her findings in the hearing. She also notes that none of her commanding officers have been willing to discuss the horrific findings.

The plaintiff’s lawyers asked Dr. Long if the information she was ordered to withhold was important enough to let the public and the court know about it. Dr. Long broke down and cried on the stand when she answered:

“I have so many soldiers being destroyed by this vaccine. Not a single member of my senior command has discussed my concerns with me … I have nothing to gain and everything to lose by talking about it. I’m OK with that because I am watching people get absolutely destroyed.”

Dr. Long then revealed that the vaccines have killed more servicemembers than COVID itself. That makes total sense. Military members are by and large young and extremely fit. Other than children and teens, they’re the last people in our society who even need a COVID vaccine.

Dr. Long’s military career is probably over now. She might even be arrested soon. If there’s one thing we know about the Biden regime, it’s that they will eagerly punish dissent from their preferred narrative.

As to Dr. Long’s findings, here’s a question everyone should ponder: If the results of the vaccines have been so catastrophic among military members, why should we think the same results aren’t happening among the general population?
