An Obama-era judge has just issued a ruling which shows that the left has gone full-blown communist – they’re trying to ELIMINATE freedom of speech.

With their social media censorship efforts now being openly exposed, the Democrats are apparently taking their efforts to eradicate freedom of speech to a new level, using their activist judges in the court system to cement the destruction of the First Amendment once and for all.

U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani – appointed by Barack Obama – ruled that Massachusetts school administrators were completely justified in forcing a child to change his t-shirt simply because they disagreed with the statement made by it.

While this may seem as though it’s ‘just a t-shirt,’ the far-left judge’s ruling could greenlight the further restriction of free speech all across America.

Massachusetts middle-schooler Liam Morrison is the young man who was attacked by his school for wearing a shirt which said “there are two genders.”

Back in March, Morrison was forcefully removed from class by a teacher who claimed that other students were complaining about the shirt.

The teacher then took him into another room where he was berated by school staff over the shirt – and still refused to remove it.

Morrison’s father ended up being called in to pick up the boy from school after teachers told him that he would not be allowed to return unless he changed the shirt.

The father then emailed the school to inquire as to why his son was sent home for the day, and they responded by claiming that the content of his shirt “targeted students of a protected class, namely in the area of gender identity.”

The school district said it “has, and will continue to, prohibit the wearing of a t-shirt by Morrison or anyone else which is likely to be considered discriminatory, harassing and/or bullying to others including those who are gender nonconforming by suggesting that their sexual orientation, gender identity or expression does not exist or is invalid.”

Liam responded with a shirt meant to protest the school’s censorship which said “There are censored genders,” which he was ALSO forced to remove.

Later on in a public hearing, the young man slammed the disgusting hypocrisy and blatant attempt to silence him just because they didn’t like what he had to say. Morrison noted that his school DOES allow posters referencing gender, including one stating people should “rise up to protect trans and GNC students,” and a rainbow flag, which is used in support of gay and transgender people.

That brings us to today, where the Obama judge decided to rule that the boy’s First Amendment Right “invaded the rights of others.”

She went on to say that schools are allowed to bar speech in “collision with the rights of others to be secure and be let alone.”

According to the activist judge, the school “appropriately exercised their discretion” when silencing the boy’s message which, as she put it, was “attacking other student’s gender identities.”

The decision ultimately suggests that it is perfectly acceptable for schools to ignore the First Amendment rights of their students and could serve as a dangerous steppingstone for a much more widespread crackdown on that ‘pesky’ First Amendment which the Democrats seem to hate so much.
