Derek Chauvin Wins Appeal to Check George Floyd Samples for Drug Overdose

The Democrat Party and their billionaire donors attempted a communist revolution in America in 2020. They used the death of a convicted criminal named George Floyd as an excuse to finance riots in cities across America. Billions of dollars in damage was done and innocent people were murdered. The country is still recovering.

One of the worst injustices to happen after George Floyd’s death was the murder conviction of Derek Chauvin, a Minneapolis police officer who restrained George Floyd. Everyone knows Floyd died of a drug overdose and not because of police restraint procedures. A judge has finally agreed to let Derek Chauvin put that theory to the test.

Chauvin got rid of his crappy public defender. He has now personally petitioned the courts in Minneapolis to have an independent analysis done of George Floyd’s heart and tissue samples, which are still preserved as evidence in the so-called murder trial. A judge granted Chauvin’s request this week.

The judge’s order notes that a medical doctor had approached his former attorney, Eric Nelson. The doctor told Nelson he believed it was highly likely that George Floyd had died from a catecholamine crisis. That’s a fancy term for a drug overdose from powerful narcotics like cocaine or amphetamines that stops the heart. Chauvin’s attorney ignored the doctor’s advice and never had George Floyd’s tissue samples tested to determine whether he had actually died of a drug overdose.

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office (HCMEO) has preserved histology slides of Floyd’s heart, tissue samples, vitreous fluid, postmortem blood, antemortem blood, and urine. The judge’s order will allow Chauvin to have an independent exam of all those tissues to determine whether a drug overdose killed him.

US District Judge Paul Magnuson wrote in his decision, “Given the significant nature of the criminal case that Mr. Chauvin was convicted of, and given that the discovery that Mr. Chauvin seeks could support Dr. Schaetzel’s opinion of how Mr. Floyd died, the Court finds that there is good cause to allow Mr. Chauvin to take the discovery that he seeks.”

It’s about time!

This next part is going to feel like an extremely strange transition. Bear with us.

One of the ways that Communist China responded to President Donald Trump’s tariffs and trade restrictions was by producing millions of counterfeit US $20 bills and flooding them into the US to try to devalue our currency. George Floyd tried to pass off one of those knockoff bills at a convenience store on the fateful day when he died. That’s the reason why the police went to talk to him in the first place.

Floyd freaked out in his vehicle and refused to show a responding officer one of his hands. He was stuffing fentanyl and methamphetamines in his mouth and chewing them up. You can clearly see the white paste in his mouth in the police bodycam video.

When police initially put George Floyd in handcuffs, they put him in the back of a police cruiser. The police forensics team later found a ball of mashed-up meth and fentanyl in the backseat of that cruiser. The drugs tested positive for George Floyd’s DNA and saliva. The jury in Derek Chauvin’s kangaroo court trial was never allowed to hear that evidence.

George Floyd put the drugs in his mouth when he was in his own vehicle and spit them out in the back of the police cruiser. Investigators also found methamphetamine and fentanyl pills in George Floyd’s vehicle when they searched it later.

When Derek Chauvin was put on trial for second-degree murder, the jury was never allowed to learn that he had ingested a huge amount of drugs or that they found drugs in his SUV and the back of the police cruiser.

Chauvin did not get a fair trial. He was convicted and won’t be eligible for parole until 2038.

We cannot have a functioning civilization if police officers can be charged with murder every time a drug addict dies in custody. That’s exactly what happened with the George Floyd case and everyone knows it. Even if you’re a big person like Floyd, you can’t just eat a big handful of meth and fentanyl and not have it kill you.

Derek Chauvin was falsely accused and convicted of being a racist murderer. Now that the communist revolution failed and the temperature in the country has cooled down, hopefully, he will finally get a fair hearing in court.
