We already knew that Joe Biden’s fake “presidency” was one of the biggest con jobs in the history of the world. Staff whistleblowers have even admitted that he was never there for some of the biggest key events of his regime during the past four years. He was hidden from Members of Congress, world leaders, and the press except for a few select times when he was doped up enough to appear normal. But now a new scandal has erupted that threatens a constitutional crisis.

What if it turns out that everything Joe Biden signed over the past four years—including bills passed by Congress, executive orders, and pardons—is invalid?

We have wondered in the past whether everything Biden signed is invalid because of his dementia. If you trick an elderly person who is non compos mentis into signing a contract, for example, that contract is null and void. It can’t be legally enforced.

However, thanks to the information now unveiled by the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project, it looks like the scandal is even crazier than that.

Remember when Donald Trump put an end to Joe Biden’s political career during that disastrous debate last June? Biden then vanished from the public eye for two weeks after that. They didn’t even trot out one of the five different “Joe Biden” body doubles during that time to reassure anyone.

After Donald Trump was shot in Butler, PA, on July 13th, Biden finally dropped out of the presidential campaign. He released that weird letter on Twitter making the announcement and then selected Kamala Harris as his replacement as a big FU to Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi for ousting him in a palace coup.

The weirdest thing about the resignation letter was that the signature didn’t match Joe Biden’s normal signature. It looked completely different than his signature on everything else that he had signed. Many of us wondered whether Old Joe was dead at that point.

It turns out that the resignation letter was the only thing signed in the past four years that had Joe Biden’s REAL signature on it!

Think back to when House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) announced his realization that something was really off with Joe Biden. After Joe Biden blew up Russia’s Nord Stream pipeline in the biggest act of environmental terrorism in world history, Europe’s economy was thrown into a tailspin. Biden then signed an executive order to ban the export of US liquefied natural gas.

It was like a lunatic move. Our European allies had just lost their LNG source through the pipeline that Biden blew up, and then he banned the sale of US LNG to the EU. He cut much of Europe’s power off, causing electricity prices to explode there and crushing all their economies. Johnson requested an emergency meeting with Biden to ask why he had signed such a crazy order.

When Johnson managed to finally get Biden alone in a room, the old geezer had no idea what Johnson was talking about. Biden claimed he had never signed an executive order banning LNG sales. Johnson and many others thought this was a “senior moment” in which Biden just forgot that he had signed it. After all, Biden spent most of his free time wandering around the White House naked and pooping all over himself.

But in this instance, Biden was telling the truth!

According to an analysis of everything that Joe Biden “signed” over his four incompetent years in charge, someone on the White House staff (probably multiple people) signed every document with the presidential autopen.

Using the evidence from Heritage Oversight, Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey is now asking the Department of Justice to investigate whether White House staffers, Jill Biden, or anyone else signed all the official documents that were supposedly signed by Dementia Joe. That includes bills that were signed into law, executive orders, pardons, and other documents. If anyone other than Joe Biden was running around signing things without Joe’s knowledge, those documents are null and void. It would be no different than forging Joe’s signature on something.

Bailey’s letter to the DOJ states, “It appears staffers and officers in the Biden administration may have exploited Biden’s incapacity so they could issue orders without an accountable President of sound mind approving them. That would explain why the Biden administration’s orders were aggressively much farther to the left than any previous President. If in fact Biden’s staffers were exploiting his mental decline, those orders are null and void.”

Who was really calling the shots for the country while Joe Biden was supposedly in charge? And do you want to know what’s really funny? If this scandal blows up as large as we think it’s going to—and AG Bailey isn’t going to let this go—all those preemptive pardons that “Joe” issued to Hunter and his family members are null and void!
