Just like that the witch hunt designed to put President Donald Trump behind bars is OVER!

Now that the election is final and Trump won in a landslide, President Joe Biden’s insanely corrupt Justice Department has decided to END their lawfare cases against Trump.

Almost as if it was designed to prevent him from winning the election and now that the election is over their lawfare against him is no longer necessary!

Special Counsel Jack Smith, the political attack dog that the leftist government assigned to lead the witch hunt will wind down the cases against Trump and then be fired, all before Trump gets sworn into office on January 20, 2025.

Smith was trying to have President Trump arrested over the so-called January 6 “insurrection” – claiming that he sought to “subvert democracy” by urging his supporters to attack the capitol – complete crap.

That DOJ now seems to be throwing in the towel rather easily considering how much they claimed that Trump was a “threat…” almost as if they never actually believed that and knew he was innocent the entire time!

Adding credence to that theory is the timing of the DOJ’s decision to drop all the cases against him and even liberal media seems to have recognized this.

NBC News’ Ken Dilanian said, “It’s not a surprise that these cases can’t go forward when Donald Trump takes office. What’s interesting here is that the DOJ is moving to end them even before he takes office, citing the longstanding DOJ policy that sitting presidents can’t be prosecuted.”

The DOJ cited their policy that presidents can't be prosecuted however it was assumed they would work up until the "last day."

This is noteworthy because Trump is not technically a sitting president… but the DOJ is using this as an excuse to wash their hands of these completely corrupt lawfare cases for good.

Why? Well there are two reasons that come to mind.

The first is that the DOJ are just flat-out terrified that Trump is going to go scorched-earth on them when he gets into office (which he should.)

This suggests that Attorney General Merrick Garland and the DOJ are hoping that Trump will spare them if they pretend to be “fair” by shutting down these cases… even though they were doomed to fail anyways.

The other reason could be that with the election over, the Democrats and their pals at the DOJ now have no need for the lawfare. They knew all along that they were never ACTUALLY going to put Trump behind bars, but that was never their goal.

Biden and Garland were using the DOJ lawfare to try and smear President Trump’s name, hoping that it would turn the public against him… it was all politics form the start – and clearly, it didn’t work!

And it’s not JUST Jack Smith and the DOJ who are being shut down by their Democrat masters!

In New York, Judge Juan Merchan is now also considering dropping the GARBAGE case against Trump brought by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. This would mean that the hateful left could no longer claim that Trump is a “felon.”

All of this means that these were BOGUS witch hunts the entire time and the Democrats KNEW that. They tried to weaponize the courts against Trump and they FAILED.

Now they’re terrified.
