Biden-Harris Regime Begins Seizing Farmers’ Properties in Order to Fulfill Democrats Green New Deal Promises

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’s unelected regime is seizing American farmland in five Midwestern states to impose the Green New Deal on us. A Democrat Party donor company has been granted a contract by the regime to build pipelines across the Midwest that will “capture carbon dioxide.”

Building these pipelines will provide absolutely no economic benefit to the American people. The Democrat donor company will get filthy stinking rich from this.

Meanwhile, American farmers and ranchers are losing their land over it.

The whole idea behind this stupid science fiction project is that a company called Summit Carbon Solutions will build pipelines that originate at methane plants across the Midwest. They will “capture” the CO2 emissions from these plants and then transport them in the pipelines. Once the CO2 reaches its destination, it will be compressed and then permanently stored in massive underground vaults.

CO2 is also known as “plant food,” by the way. They’re going to store this naturally occurring gas in massive underground vaults forever as if it’s dangerous radioactive waste or something. Once again—there is no economic benefit to anyone from this project, other than Summit Carbon Solutions.

When you build an oil or natural gas pipeline, everyone benefits economically from it. The Keystone XL Pipeline project that Joe Biden killed on his very first day in the White House would have been a perfect example of this. Oil and gas pipelines benefit everyone because they reduce the transportation costs of energy. Once the product reaches its destination at the end of the pipeline, they sell the product!

This translates into lower prices at the gas pump, lower costs to heat your home in the winter and run your A/C in the summer, and lower electricity bills. Everyone benefits!

With these Green New Deal pipeline projects, they’re not selling the “product” (CO2) when it reaches its final destination at the end of the pipeline. They’re burying the product in a hole in the ground. This is one of the dumbest and most dishonest projects we’ve ever heard of.

The Iowa Utilities Board (IUB) approved a petition for Summit Carbon Solutions to build a carbon pipeline that spans the entire state. The IUB has stated that because these stupid pipelines are for “public use,” Summit Carbon Solutions is allowed to seize property from landowners through eminent domain.

If you are a property owner in Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, or Minnesota, Summit Carbon Solutions can now seize your land if it is in the way of their pipelines and you refuse to sell to them. According to Summit Carbon Solutions, they have already strong-armed 2,700 landowners into giving up their property to them.

It’s not much of a deal. Either sell your land to Summit, or they will take it anyway. It’s sort of like the Biden-Harris regime now claiming that they never forced anyone to take the COVID shots.

This plan is infuriating for several reasons.

First, global warming is fake. It’s not a real problem. It’s not happening. As we have reported multiple times earlier this year, independent teams of radiation physicists from some of the most prestigious universities around the world keep coming to the same conclusion: CO2 is not a greenhouse gas. It cannot warm the earth’s temperatures, no matter how much CO2 is pumped into the atmosphere.

CO2 is plant food. More CO2 equals more crops, which means cheaper food and fewer hungry people in the world. Less CO2 means the opposite of those things.

Second, Summit Carbon Solutions is the only entity that benefits from this. If this pipeline is built and becomes operational, Summit will receive an estimated $1.5 billion per year in carbon tax credits. Everyone else gets nothing unless knowing that a corporation is being paid to bury plant food in a big hole in the ground in North Dakota helps them sleep better.

Third, there are an awful lot of red-state governors participating in this boondoggle. In fact, four of the governors allowing Summit to build pipelines in their state are Republicans (the fifth is Tampon Tim in Minnesota). That’s because this is a bipartisan effort to screw over American farmers and ranchers—which is the whole point of the Green New Deal.

Summit has greased a lot of palms in the five states involved in this expensive solution to a nonexistent problem.
