As the deadline for Title 42 was looming to sunset at one minute before midnight on May 11th, the Biden regime was quietly working behind the scenes to reinstate a Trump border policy that actually prevents illegal aliens from coming here in the first place.

It is a stunning betrayal of Joe Biden’s base, and yet another campaign promise that Joe Biden made to his voters that he has broken. The new policy is also a tacit admission that President Donald J. Trump’s border policies worked, whereas Biden has been a disaster for America.

Title 42 was a pandemic-era regulation that President Trump put in place, to prevent sick illegal aliens with weird diseases and also COVID from entering the country. If someone was sick, we could just turn them away at the border.

Now, this will seem like a side note in this discussion (we’ll get to the new/old Biden/Trump regulation in a second), but with Title 42 expired, everyone needs to get very paranoid about hygiene and cleanliness. Michael Yon has been reporting from the Darien Gap in Central America for a while now. In his recent reports, he has been seeing tens of thousands of Chinese nationals coming among the “migrants.” Many of them are now sick with incurable tuberculosis and other nasty illnesses that American immune systems haven’t had to deal with in decades. Stay clean, wash your hands, and practice social distancing when it comes to the hordes of sick illegal aliens coming here very soon.

As the Title 42 deadline was looming, the Biden regime was quietly working behind the scenes to reinstate a refugee and asylum regulation that President Trump had in place to control the border. Some of the illegal aliens are crossing anywhere from 5 to 10 other countries’ borders before coming to our border and then claiming asylum.

If you do that, you are not a REFUGEE under the law. You’re a welfare leech. If you were a real refugee, you would claim asylum status in the nearest adjacent country. You wouldn’t cross the Pacific Ocean, land in Guyana, and then make your way through 10 countries before arriving at the US-Mexico border. That’s total BS and a person who does that is obviously not being persecuted in their home country for religious or political beliefs. They just want fat welfare checks so they can leech off the American taxpayers from cradle to grave.

Trump’s policy stated that if you cross at least one other country and you have not asked for asylum there, you get automatically deported. Get out, because you’re a fraud. This is one of several policies that effectively deterred aliens from trying to come here in the first place.

Many Democrats, including Joe Biden, viciously attacked this policy when President Trump had it in place. They fought it in court and even had it overturned at one point. Joe Biden made campaign promises that he would do no such thing if he was in the White House.

During the third presidential debate in 2020, Joe Biden was especially snotty. He said to the audience, “This is the first president in the history of the United States of America that anybody seeking asylum has to do it in another country. That’s never happened before in America.”

Yeah, it’s never happened before because our political leaders have been a bunch of cowards since the Refugee Act was passed in 1980. They just let anyone and everyone in if they claimed asylum status as a refugee. Donald Trump was the first and only leader to ever do that.

After attacking the policy and claiming he was going to be welcoming, Joe Biden is now reinstating that exact same policy. It just has a couple of tweaks to it, so it can be reinstated, but otherwise it’s the exact same policy. Immigration officers spent all day Tuesday in a new training course to learn how to implement the rule and begin turning away people at the border.

Mass immigration and the economy are two issues that the Democrats are getting totally killed on in 2024 polling. Joe Biden is finally doing something about the border and was hoping to sneak the policy in with no one noticing. How do you like them apples, Democrats? You voted for Joe Biden and in return you got a Trump border policy reinstated. Democrats may as well vote for President Trump in 2024, since he’s clearly the only one who knows what he’s doing!
