Audit Reveals Massive Voter Fraud in California’s 2022 Midterm Elections

An independent audit has revealed that the State of California has the dirtiest, most corrupt and fraudulent elections out of all 50 states. That’s about what you would expect from a state where the legislature legalized gay pedophilia earlier this year, though, isn’t it?

The Transparency Foundation has released the results of an 18-month audit and gave California an ‘F’ in 9 out of 10 election integrity criteria. And get this—there are so many illegitimate mail-in ballots in California that it exceeds Joe Biden’s 2020 “margin of victory” of 5.1 million votes over Donald Trump.

Carl DeMaio with the Transparency Foundation says, “The problems are so bad, and the evidence presented is so alarming that we believe there’s a clear case that California is repeatedly violating existing election laws and immediate reforms need to be implemented before the 2024 election.”

Let’s dive into the findings from the audit of California’s 2022 midterm elections.

First, 56% of ballots with mismatched signatures remained “uncured” after the election. This was despite county officials going out of their way to track those voters down so they could “cure” their ballots. They could not FIND the people who had supposedly voted, whose signatures didn’t match.

Investigators talked to 388 voters with uncured ballots that they tracked down. Many said they had not voted in the first place, and some had moved out of state.

Someone fraudulently submitted their ballots, which was why the signatures didn’t match. The Transparency Foundation estimates a 14.17% voter fraud rate in California because of this problem alone.

Next, there are MASSIVE disparities in signature rejection rates across counties in California. In red counties, which is most of California, outside of LA and San Francisco, the signature rejection rate was as high as 2.18% in the 2022 midterms. In deep blue, Democrat-controlled Sacramento County, the signature rejection rate was 0.7%.

If a voter lives in a red county in California, there is a 438% higher chance of their ballot being rejected because of a signature mismatch. Corrupt election officials are simply throwing Republican ballots in the trash.

The disparity between red and blue counties is so huge that the Transparency Foundation is hinting that California should be sued because of due process and equal protection violations.

The audit found that California’s voter rolls are complete poop. If you’re a California voter and you have lived in three different cities, the state sends you a mail-in ballot at each of those residences. There are 6.6 million people who have moved out of California since 2010, and the state still sends mail-in ballots to every one of them at their old addresses. This is way outside of Joe Biden’s 2020 margin of fake victory.

Los Angeles County alone has more than 1 million inactive voters who are still on the voter rolls. Mail-in ballots are sent to every single one of them. California’s voting laws, and their VoteCal system, make it impossible for county election officials to maintain accurate voter registration lists.

Even when the Secretary of State’s office knows that a voter has moved out of state, there is no mechanism for notifying county election officials.

The audit also found 81,421 individuals who were registered to vote in two or even three different counties at the same time.

As a reminder, the group Reform California that surveyed voters after the 2020 election found that 10% of all homes in California had received a ballot for someone who did not live there, for a dead person, or duplicate or triplicate ballots for the same person. All those fake ballots floating around—and all that the Democrat Party’s operatives and NGOs have to do is chase them down and fraudulently cast them.

The audit also found that election officials suppressed Republican voter turnout on Election Day. They did this in one county by eliminating 87% of in-person voting locations. This forced Republican voters to either cast mail-in ballots, which they do not trust, or go stand in a line for hours at the 13% of polling places that remained open.

There is now documentary evidence that the 2020 election could have been stolen from Donald Trump in America’s two most populous states—New York and California. This is what we’re up against in 2024. This is why we must do everything we can to boost Republican turnout and chase Republican ballots.

It will be unpleasant, but if we do not do this with the same zeal as the corrupt Democrat Party, we are about to lose it all.
